Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds and Returns
We will offer a full refund or exchange if you are unhappy with your order.
Please return items within 3 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags and must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Payments are refunded as follows:
Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded to the same credit card.
If applicable, carrotsunoil.com reserves the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by you.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
